Who processes your data

The controller is the publisher of this site. Its legal identifiers appear on the order receipt where they apply. For any question about data, use the contact page.

Hosting: in Algeria.

What we collect

• Your phone number, which identifies the account;
• Your name, wilaya, commune and delivery address;
• The detail of your orders, including items, quantities and amounts;
• Your email address, only if you provide it for a receipt or tracking;
• Limited technical data: IP address, device type, pages visited.

Why

• To record and deliver your order, and confirm it by phone;
• To send the verification code by SMS when you order;
• To answer your messages and handle your return requests;
• To tell you about a restock if you asked for one;
• To measure audience and traffic sources, unless you refuse it in the banner.

Marketing

Receiving an order code or a service message is not consent to advertising. We send news and offers only if you subscribed, and every message carries a way to opt out.

Where the data goes

To deliver and reply, some data passes through service providers: the delivery company that carries your parcel (the list of our delivery partners is sent to you on request), the Algerian SMS service, the email service and, when WhatsApp is enabled, Meta’s WhatsApp API. Meta’s WhatsApp API processes data outside Algeria. We do not sell your data.

How long

• Orders and financial records: kept as accounting archives, not purged on a timer;
• Abandoned carts: 6 months after their last update;
• Contact messages: 12 months after handling;
• Back-in-stock alerts: 90 days, single use;
• Verification codes and anti-abuse counters: kept only for their validity;
• Admin audit logs: 2 years;
• An account deleted on request: identity data is erased, the order financial history is kept.

Your rights

You may ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion, and object to marketing. Write to us from the contact page, naming the phone number linked to the order.

Cookies

The site uses necessary cookies: your cart, your session and your language. Audience measurement and advertising (Meta, Google, TikTok) are on by default; the banner tells you so and lets you refuse them, and they then stay off, your order included.

Security

Access to orders is restricted and protected. No payment data is collected: payment is cash on receipt.

The site is fully hosted in Algeria: the site and your data (orders, account) are stored on servers located in Algeria.
